I am a Peruvian trade expert passionate about foreign trade policy and negotiations, with a focus on development policies, trade in services, and the digital economy. My journey in international trade started in 2018, navigating the complex landscapes of Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.
Previously, I worked in trade negotiations at the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade. In particular, in the Directorate of Asia, Oceania, and Africa and the Coordination of Trade in Services and E-commerce.
Likewise, I have worked on projects related to digital trade with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and in trade facilitation at the International Trade Center (ITC). Currently, I am working at the World Trade Organization (WTO) on e-commerce issues.
