About my work
8+ Years Experience | 4 Continents | ITC, UNCTAD, IDB, WTO
I am a Peruvian trade and digital policy expert with 8 years of experience shaping inclusive, sustainable trade policies across the public, private, and international sectors, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
At the international level, I have led and contributed to trade and digital policy projects with the International Trade Centre (ITC), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). I currently serve as an international consultant at ITC, driving a project to boost ICT services and orange tourism across Latin America.
My public and private sector experience includes trade negotiations at the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade, where I coordinated services and e-commerce negotiations with partners such as China and India, as well as logistics and exports management at Honda Motors.
As part of my focus on the Asia-Pacific region, I am a fellow of the Asia Society in Switzerland and previously served as Academic Coordinator of the Contemporary East Asia Studies Initiative (CEAS) at the Geneva Graduate Institute.
Welcome to my website, where I share my work and activities in trade and digital policy.
