I am a Peruvian trade expert passionate about foreign trade policy, especially related to development, trade in services, and the digital economy. With over five years of experience, I have worked in both the private and public sectors, and with international organizations.
I worked in trade negotiations at the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade, focusing on relations with Asia, Oceania and Africa, and trade in services and e-commerce.
Likewise, I have contributed to projects related to digital trade with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Currently, I am an International Consultant at the International Trade Centre (ITC) on a project to boost ICT services and orange tourism in Latin America.
