About Andrea
8+ Years Experience | 4 Continents | ITC, UNCTAD, IDB, WTO
Andrea is a trade and digital policy specialist with 8 years of experience across trade negotiations, regulatory policy, digital governance, and project management, spanning the public, private, and international sectors across Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
She has worked with the International Trade Centre (ITC), the United Nations for Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). She holds a Master's in Sustainable Trade and Finance from the Geneva Graduate Institute. Andrea is a Fellow of the Asia Society Switzerland, a research collaborator with the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and leads the Skills Lab program at TradeExperettes, where she connects a global community of trade professionals.
